Damien White is an accomplished intellectual property attorney and is a registered patent attorney, combining more than a decade of experience in intellectual property prosecution,  intellectual property litigation, portfolio management, and technology-focused legal strategy. Drawing from this background as both an electrical engineer and a seasoned patent attorney, he brings for his clients a knowledge base that integrates deep technical understanding with sophisticated legal analysis.

Mr. White holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
